Just had the most disappointing in-store pickup experience. We've been loyal Ulta customers for over 10 years and this experience left my mom in tears. I had an alternate person (my mother) pickup my online order and the employees that helped her (and the manager that came over) were snippy and unhelpful with the entire pickup process. They kept stating they could "lose their jobs" for various reasons throughout the conversation (as well as a conversation that she overhead with the customer in front of her). Wow, what an experience what Customer Service I am blown away MAYAH is a rockstar. Also August is so sweet very helpful and Hana was also extremely sweet, but I have to say mayah blew the roof off!!!!! She is not only beautiful but personable and she gets you exactly what you’re looking for and I couldn’t have had a better experience. I will only shop at the store. Kayla in the salon is a top notch stylist! I’ve been seeing her for several years and recently had her put in extensions as a bday treat to myself. I love them. The color match and blending was spot on. Highly recommend! She works quickly, listens to her clients, and offer valuable feedback.
