If I can give a zero I would. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service!! The app had a glitch and I contacted customer service to help ship the missing item and they said nothing they can do. 352 bad reviews, you think they would provide better service to customers. I was a loyal platinum member but I will now be taking my money to Sephora.

All I wanted was 2 bottles of ************************* shampoo. My sale was denied because I wouldn't volunteer my personnel information to the cashier. She kept saying "that's how we do our returns" and I said how about a receipt.

I placed a $200 order on 11/17/21 and saw that today it was delivered yesterday, 11/19/21. Only, it wasnt delivered to the address I entered into the shipping address form in the order. Somehow, the order processed with my old address listed to ship to. Which is an apartment I havent lived in for well over a year and is hours away from where I currently live. I completed and online purchase at the end of October totally over $400 with expected delivery on 11/1/21. I did not receive the package on this date although it says it was delivered. I have a video doorbell system that does not show a delivery attempt by the shipping carrier UDS (not **** at any time during that day. I immediately contacted Ulta and was told that I had to wait 3 business days after the supposed delivery date before anything could be done. After receiving gift cards to purchase a brand new $600 item from ULTA beauty I went to the store to purchase the item where the manager of the store told me that they were would not accept all my gift cards, they told me to cal guest services by myself instead of offering to assist with this issue. When on the phone with guest services they advised me that they can merge my gift cards together so they can be accepted in the store. After 5 days 5 phone calls and 7 hours on hold I still do not have a resolution to my issue. E... read more

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service with **************************. I ordered 2 Pixar cases and they shipped me 4. I called to pay for the other 2 since Christmas is coming up and they absolutely refused and demanded I ship them back, I told them to schedule the carrier to pick them up at my house, they said no I had to take them to the shipping location to be shipped. Same issue as the below. I spent $80.00 on two items and there was an error in the shipping address. I contacted customer service and they said since item is marked as delivered there is nothing they can do. I was told a manager would call me twice and no one ever called. Literally the worst customer service for such a large company. I will NEVER shop here again.

I ordered over $500 worth of products from them online and did not receive the shipment. I spoke with their customer service multiple times and they refuse to help at all because they say that the item was marked delivered. I obviously did not receive it and have cameras set up all over so it does not matter what *** claims because the item was not actually delivered and am amazed that a company of this size would have such horrible customer service. I would not recommend doing business with them.

The hairdresser bleached my whole hair ORANGE when I asked for some caramel highlights, and I came in the store as a brunette. I called back asking to please get my money back, because that turned out to be not at all what I asked for, also my hair was fried ( a mistake I wouldnt even make at home by myself), I had to call sick work because I couldnt leave the house in those conditions.
