I went to the store 2/5/25 at 12pm As I was walking in to the store no one greeted me I had to find someone to ask a question. Then when she told me they didn’t carry what I was looking for she walked off. Didn’t ask me if I needed help with anything. Didn’t offer to find me something similar. I walked around the store for 10 minutes waiting to see if someone would help me and nothing so I left and will not be coming back.
Great store. Service is excellent when you can find a helper.

I went into the store on December 23 at 7:15 pm and the sales associate were just standing around gossiping about someone not being of any assistance . I had to actually say something to get help. The manager Melanie is not friendly at all . I’m not sure why she even works in the public. They refused to fill my pick up order that I made at 6 pm although the store closed at 10 pm. Aaliyah was very sweet and helpful this evening.. However the other young lady was unwelcoming, dismissive, and seemed as though she didn't want to help me at all..Second time in this store and it's always only one person who appears to be helpful and the others are standoffish.
