Not at all treated in a professional manner today in Ulta. I feel they treat you unfairly by your appearance. So disappointing. I purchase a lot from this location. And this is not acceptable!!!! Five people huddled at front of store. When they should have been out and about helping the customers in the store. I ask for sample of a men’s cologne. To the absolute unprofessional blonde manager who literally gave me snarky attitude about not signing up for rewards - please learn some manners. It is no way to push your store’s agenda and you are a bad example for your employees. I come to Ulta maybe one time a year, I don’t care. Not surprised to see similar reviews about her.
