This location was extremely disappointing. The associates were unprofessional, unhelpful, and, quite frankly, rude. Of the five or six employees working during my visit, only one acknowledged me when I entered the store. After spending approximately 10 minutes trying to locate products on my own, I finally approached an associate for assistance. Me and my friend walked in (black women) and did not get greeted or acknowledged. As soon as somebody else walked in (White) they got kindly greeted. Won’t be back to this particular location..
I just watched an employee put a tester lip liner and lipstick directly on their lips and then wipe it off with a tissue! That’s disgusting and completely unsanitary. I’m so shocked they did it out in the open as well! That’s enough to keep me from coming back… Beware if you’re trying out any of the MAC lip products!
Michelle provided a great makeup service to my mother. She was very patient and informative of the makeup and application. And all of the employees were very helpful in finding the perfect products.
