I’ve had consistently poor experiences at this Ulta location, and my most recent visit was the final straw. It’s incredibly difficult to find help in the store, even when multiple employees are present. When I finally asked for help locating a sharpener to sanitize a lip pencil tester myself, the associate seemed annoyed, said she’d help “in a second,” and never came back. This is the worst Ulta in San Jose. The customer service is consistently poor and the staff are rude. I’ve had a much better experiences at the Ulta in Fremont at Pacific Commons. The staff there are friendly and the store has so much more.

This ulta is the best one I’ve been to. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Also their makeup is very clean, just the eyeshadow and others are very messy. Love this place though!

Ulta is your one stop cosmetics!! Recommend this store!!
