Only customer around 930am, walked in and wanted help with finding the right products for my skin and anti-aging. The cashier didn't say anything, she was looking at her personal phone. I started browsing for the things I knew I wanted. After 15-20 min, I asked the cashier about the ulta brand items, I've never been in this store, I don't know the layout. So they post their address as something where it's not even located and then because I couldn't find where they were located they told me they didn't have time to do the appointment but when I go to rebook online it says they have an appointment for the exact same thing that I tried to do in 10 minutes and would not reschedule me they were extremely rude do not recommend!!!

I had such a great experience with Faith! She did my hair exactly how I envisioned it—and honestly, even better. She really took the time to listen to what I wanted, offered helpful suggestions, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the whole appointment. Faith has put extensions in my hair and colored my hair multiple times and has always done a great job. My hair was shoulder length when she put extensions in and she was able to blend my hair really well and give me a cut with cute layers exactly how I wanted. My hair always turns out great when she does it I definitely would recommend going to see her!

I’ve been coming to the Ulta hair salon by Tacoma Mall for years now. My stylist Faith does an amazing job with her expertise on hair coloring! From what I’ve learned she is a master stylist at this location and she helps the other stylist when they have questions or they need help with corrections. I always look forward to seeing Faith as she always makes me walk out with confidence with my new refreshed hair coloring & style. Kudos Ulta, you’re lucky to have Faith!
