Shout out to Queen, the hair dresser in the salon! I had a HORRIBLE cut and chemical burn from another /different salon in town and immediately went to ulta for help. Queen received me with open arms as I literally cried to her about it. I was so happy she could relate to me as a POC and curly girl. I felt so seen, heard, and supported. She stayed past her shift to help my hair. She assessed it thoroughly, cut it to fix the prior botched hair cut, did a hair treatment, and bought my hair back from a limp mop to a curls. The pickup order process is flawed. The wrong items were in my bag, couldn’t exchange them. Just had to cancel the order which means the funds used initially wont be seen for 7-10 business days and I ended up leaving the store empty handed. You can’t return items from a pick up order for 24hours. Sooooo, if your employee picks the wrong items for my order it’s my fault and you can’t make it right? Odd. I won’t be back to this location. Keizer station has much better service.
I will never let anyone I know shop at ulta again knowing they've partnered with flock to help abuse and stalk more women. Truly vile.
