The employees are not friendly and they have this weird look they will give you if you are not dressed how they think you should be dressed. It's not friendly and can make you not want to go back!
Terrible staff at this Ulta salon ! Very unprofessional to say the least ! AVOID this place and go somewhere that they respect clients time and business !
The girls working at the front were nice and welcoming. One of them immediately noticed I was carrying bags for a ‘Happy Returns’ at this location. I had stuck returns in the wrong bags, but the young lady was patient and helped me organize my returns and was nice.
Used the salon service for the first time a few weeks ago for a curly cut. Alex is amazing! I haven't had a such a knowledgeable stylist in a long time. She was so full of knowledge. And I didn't feel all the pressure I normally do to buy a bunch of products that I will never use. Alex is top notch definitely book with her if you have the chance.
