Used the salon service for the first time a few weeks ago for a curly cut. Alex is amazing! I haven't had a such a knowledgeable stylist in a long time. She was so full of knowledge. And I didn't feel all the pressure I normally do to buy a bunch of products that I will never use. Alex is top notch definitely book with her if you have the chance.

Shame on me for giving Ulta Salon another chance. I thought maybe this location would be better. Spoiler alert: it wasn't. My appointment was scheduled for 2:15. I arrived at 2:10 and checked in. I was told to have a seat and they would let the stylist know I'd arrived. I sat for 30 minutes scrolling my phone before getting up to ask how much longer it would be. Has pretty much every beauty brand/ cosmetics you can think of... slightly overwhelming but the people that work there are very helpful. Definitely recommend!

Racially profiled and by Hispanics, go figure……I was followed around the whole time but assistance was never offered. I cut my shopping short and just left. The staff is very rude and unprofessional. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE SHOP AT THIS LOCATION. Clearly they are not use to diversity and only cater to a certain demographic. Corporate needs to be contacted!!!!
