I just wanted to take the time and say that I am very appreciative. I traveled on two separate occasions my perfume spilled unfortunately it’s a bottle that can’t be tipped Or laid on its side otherwise it leaks from the top.I purchased another on while on vacation I finally got a chance to get this addressed to customer service& was told come into the store. I was expecting to pay a portion however, they swap me out and I’m forever grateful…Thx ulta
There is a new worker there that works on the floor and is WAY too pushy and annoying - this is the 3rd time we’ve gone in and she’s followed us around talking and talking and even interrupting mine and my bf’s conversations. We timed it a few weeks ago - she approached us 5 TIMES in a 23 minute span trying to give us a bag. We both have extensive designer/niche fragrance collections and love to go to Ulta to shop for new scents. Always a fun time at Ulta! New products and great service. This one is closest to me. One thing I found out was when looking for eyeshadow Rylee told me that About Face had liquid eyeshadow! And it changes color at different angles! SOLD!!!
