I was at this location, checking out with my mom who is paying separately. I could hear the store manager, telling the employee to leave and go on break while she was checking out my mom. The employee seemed confused as there was a long line of customers and I was standing right there to be checked out, the manager was very rude in response and checked out other guests. Great customer service and huge selection this visit! Friendly and helpful manager and employees. Unfortunately they did not have one of the new viral Korean skin care items I was on the hunt for, but I still found over $90 in merchandise. It's a dangerous place for us ladies! Double the points when using Ulta Credit Card!
Very friendly here and at are other locations.!! This brand new Ulta is absolutely stunning!!!! We need more Reno like this Ulta it’s soo nice !! :) Love love love our Ulta staff!! Everything’s soo organized I can’t believe it!!!! I love it love the new setups!!! So different from other stores. That’s what makes Ulta uniques different set ups and different product !! At each store :)
