Wouldnt suggest going here EVER. Unless you want to get accused of stealing perfume/cologne testers while waiting and being ignored for someone to unlock the item you want to purchase. Also make sure your okay with being loudly talked about to other employees about the alleged “theft” happening. Apparently they dont train their employees to keep there nasty comments to themselves. I come to this location multiple times a month. Wont be any longer. Absolutely disgusting behavior. Do better.
Never ordering curbside pickup here again. I understand things get busy in the store (i worked retail myself) but the point of curbside is for a speed and convenience factor, and i waited for at least 8 minutes with no word on the status of my order being brought. Was able to cancel over the phone As a mom of 2 under, i am trying to reinvest in feeling like a human being again, and i thought some mascara would help this process.
