I am not one to make a review but this is the fourth incident i have had at this location. I went in today to get some more of the skin care i use that i know that works for my skin. Back tracking for a minute. I recent had a very bad chemical burn from trying a new skin item and went back to using what i know works. I had my 4 year old granddaughter’s ears pierced at the salon. The technician was very professional and handled a nervous little girl very nicely. I would highly recommend. They used quality earrings and had sanitary methods. Plus, we were sent home with a complete after care kit.

I was at this location, checking out with my mom who is paying separately. I could hear the store manager, telling the employee to leave and go on break while she was checking out my mom. The employee seemed confused as there was a long line of customers and I was standing right there to be checked out, the manager was very rude in response and checked out other guests. Great customer service and huge selection this visit! Friendly and helpful manager and employees. Unfortunately they did not have one of the new viral Korean skin care items I was on the hunt for, but I still found over $90 in merchandise. It's a dangerous place for us ladies! Double the points when using Ulta Credit Card!
