I walked into this store to shop and within less than 5 minutes I was falsely accused of stealing by the manager, Jenifer. She approached me, asked if I needed help, and when I said no I didnt, she repeatedly accused me of theft and told me to “go pay for the item” I had in my hand. This all happened in front of other customers, leaving me feeling humiliated and disrespected. I had not stolen anything, I was simply shopping. I went to Ulta yesterday for the first time and Kat helped me out. She was so sweet and funny and knew exactly what to recommend. I tried the products today and I love them, she really knows about skincare and makeup. I had such a good first experience thanks to her!!
