I want to share my recent experience with Mercedes, which occurred entirely over the phone, not during an in‑person visit. Mercedes called and left a message saying she needed to “clarify” my appointments. As shown in my call log, I attempted to call her back immediately after the missed call and four more times within less than an hour.
