I wish I can leave 0 stars I hate this Ulta beauty on bandera point I swear their so rude and they and Yesenia T literally wasted my time I called them at 10:00 am and said I wanted a full highlight they said ok come in at 1:30 I walked in and was not seen until 3:00 o’clock soon as she put me in the chair she said sorry I’m not doing your hair I don’t feel comfortable she said my hair was to damaged. Showed up on time for hair appointment that took 5 hrs and my hair wasn’t even completed so I had to leave the store with hard rollers in hair because the store was closed and the manager had an attitude about taking 10 % off as that’s enough off a $100 service !?!? I had to use my points to bring the total down. I am going to bed with hard rollers and got asked to come back the next day to get it fixed. I have never experienced anything like this in my life. Just experienced phenomenal customer service from the ladies at Ulta, specifically Cassie. She listened attentively, made recommendations based on my goals, demonstrated product, gave great tips and advice, all with professionalism and passion for her craft. World class experience—well done!
Store closed 15 mins early. Crazy just needed to run in for foundation.
Found everything I needed and the wait wasn't long. The associates were courtesy, kind and helpful.
