Today was my first time shopping at Ulta Beauty. I was fortunate enough to receive assistance from a fantastic team member named Junebug at the Huebner Oaks store in San Antonio, Texas. As a male customer, I felt awkward and anxious before entering the store. However, Junebug immediately helped me feel completely comfortable by assisting me with locating the exact products I needed. She was very kind and patient throughout my visit and provided nothing short of first class customer service. Thank you, Junebug!

My sister and I recently visited this Ulta to exchange a product that had been damaged during shipping. Since we were already there, we decided to look around and make a purchase as well. Unfortunately, from the moment we walked in, we felt very unwelcome. We were in the store for about 30 minutes and not a single employee approached us or asked if we needed assistance. Couldn't get any help. Trying to find the best benefit brow pencil and there are 3 people standing at the benefit counter to engrossed in their own conversation to ask if I needed help or hear me when I tried to get their attention. Horrible service and won't be back!
