Realizing most of these reviews are really old, I decided to give this place a chance. Needless to say, I was more than pleasantly surprised. The second I walked in the store, I was greeted with a "Welcome to Ulta!" even though the cashiers were busy. I just got one of the BEST haircuts, I have ever had from Grady @ Ulta. I was so afraid to get my hair cut, so I went in skeptical and with specific instructions. Grady did an excellent job and I am sooooo happy, I set up another appointment in 5 weeks and will then get a trim and color.
