My daughter came through and was completely ignored. Finally asked an employee that was standing around gabbing and got snapped at for asking for help. When she told the employee what she was looking for, the woman reached back to a random shelf, grabbed an item and shoved it at her without talking about color pallet, type of product, or brand, then went back to talking. I just want to shout out Maddy with the Hair Salon and Rachel, the manager. They were amazing!! Long story some what short, I had gone to another Ulta Salon about an hour away for a hair cut and full dye… and it ended in a choppy and not even the correct color (it’s like she dyed my hair the same shade I came in with). I called and made an appointment and was quoted $45 for a wash and blow dry. By the time the hair was about to get dried they up the price by $35 and said they charge an extra fee for detangling. They said she can go with it wet if I don’t pay the extra fee. The hair stylist have been there for about a month and knew nothing about detangling black hair.
