I bought a Dyson Airstrait a few months ago. I am not the kind of person who wants to return a product or ask for a refund for a new device that simply stopped working, especially when it seems as though it may have been previously used. I am very aware of what I am paying for. I am PAYING for a product from a major company, and yet no one seems willing to take responsibility or treat the customer fairly. Came in for perfume!
Employees are not very friendly at this location. At other ulta stores I'm always greeted and offered help upon entering or during my shopping, that did not happen here. When I approached to ask a question one Employee said uhhh and turned to ask another. The 2nd Employee asked me what i was looking for while turning to look at something else, clear i was bothering them.
