Employees are not very friendly at this location. At other ulta stores I'm always greeted and offered help upon entering or during my shopping, that did not happen here. When I approached to ask a question one Employee said uhhh and turned to ask another. The 2nd Employee asked me what i was looking for while turning to look at something else, clear i was bothering them.
Had a Happy return and it was quick and easy. Young lady that help me was very prof
My daughter came through and was completely ignored. Finally asked an employee that was standing around gabbing and got snapped at for asking for help. When she told the employee what she was looking for, the woman reached back to a random shelf, grabbed an item and shoved it at her without talking about color pallet, type of product, or brand, then went back to talking.
