The customer service at this Ulta is terrible. Everytime I visit this location it is not a pleasant experience. This last visit was extremely frustrating. I applied for the card and got approved. The promotion states 20% off your first purchase. So I informed the women checking me out that I had the 20% off and had also some rewards I wanted to apply to my purchase. I went into this location about 2-3 weeks ago and had been waiting for a link to fill out a review for my experience with ms Shay (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) but the link never came so I just wanted to say that girl deserves a raise!!! Such a friendly staff! I was expecting to go in and out but I couldn’t help but stay with all the friendly faces there! All of the girls are so knowledgeable, I kept going back to ask Maddie for more help; she has the right attitude to be working there! & she has such a bubbly personality I felt right at home! Also a special shoutout to Stephanie for checking me out and offering the store credit card! I love this location I recommend it to everyone I know
Maddie helped me match my makeup and was amazing! Definitely recommend!
