i’d give negative stars if i could. recently went in to return a perfume ordered online, came with receipt and perfume box unopened. they REFUSED the return because i didn’t use or sign up for rewards during the online transaction. what??? again, they refused my return with receipt and an unopened product because i was not a loyalty member. even made a big deal with the manager and said “sorry it’s policy”. this store should go under.
Emily, the eyebrow artist, is amazing; she takes the time to understand your unique brow shape and preferences. She is very kind and has tremendously improved the look of my eyebrows. Highly recommend!
I had a very disappointing experience at this Ulta located on cottage grove. I came with a clear photo of the exact product I wanted and showed it to the staff. One employee said she would get the product from the backup room. When she returned with the box, I noticed it did not look the same and politely asked if I could open it to confirm.
