Order missing an item, store fulfillment team investigated themselves and found no wrongdoing. Had a pickup order fulfilled here on May 14. An item was missing from my order and I was told it would be refunded because the store was actually out of stock of that product. I felt like I was being dismissed so I would just leave the store, and so followed up with an online service agent. i’d give negative stars if i could. recently went in to return a perfume ordered online, came with receipt and perfume box unopened. they REFUSED the return because i didn’t use or sign up for rewards during the online transaction. what??? again, they refused my return with receipt and an unopened product because i was not a loyalty member. even made a big deal with the manager and said “sorry it’s policy”. this store should go under.

Emily, the eyebrow artist, is amazing; she takes the time to understand your unique brow shape and preferences. She is very kind and has tremendously improved the look of my eyebrows. Highly recommend!
