This Ulta location does not honor their return policy. I had ordered several travel sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner from a single brand to try out and see what I liked from them. They were all terrible and made my hair feel like straw. Anyway, I have been a loyal customer to Ulta for over a decade and have never once made a return until this incident.
