My experience here was absolutely unacceptable. Although the store was clean and looked fine, my checkout was poorly handled. Renee, my cashier, was unprofessional and rude. She slammed my nail polish into the bag on the counter, nearly breaking it. She also failed to ask if I wanted to use my three dollars in redeemable points. Overall, her behavior was unacceptable.

I came into the Ulta in Eden Prairie recently and was honestly shocked at how unprofessional the manager, Renee, was acting. I wasn’t even involved — I was just shopping — but I overheard the way she was talking to an employee and it was extremely unfair and dismissive. Instead of working with her team or showing any kind of respect, Renee came off rude and condescending, like she didn’t care at all about the employee’s situation. DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR DONE HERE! Waste of time and money. First pictures are the same day that they did my hair Last picture is 5 day after getting my hair “fixed”. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with my hair. I went in excited for a color change and walked out with a HORRIBLE result.
