I went there for a haircut, but I wasn't happy with how she cut it. I showed her a picture, but she just styled it her way—no real style—and it didn't take long. She’s so young; I think she needs more experience in proper haircutting. So, I went to another salon, Maven Salon on Cornerstone St., just to fix it. I'm really pleased because they did a great job and made my hair look even better with a nice style. I won't be returning to Ulta Hair Salon.

The one store I hate the most my wife goes to. Anytime we do curbside pick up they NEVER come out. I have to go in and the sad thing is they ain’t busy. They look at me and go “oh this was curbside” yeah no kidding I’ve been outside for 20 mins while you try on makeup

My favorite Lynchburg store. I feel so special and welcomed anytime I visit this location. The customer service and wittiness is unmatched. The store is very clean and organized. Sales ladies make sure they recommend anything they feel that match your needs and desires. I’d like to point out a very special person by the name of “Ellie.” She was a jewel. I had an amazing experience here! I needed help finding makeup for my brother’s wedding. I asked Sadie for help, and she went above and beyond! She helped me pick a foundation in my color and even identified some issues with my skincare routine that dramatically improved my makeup quality. Sadie answered all my questions and was incredibly kind! She taught me lots, and I am so thankful for the experience. I will definitely be returning and will always ask Sadie for help :)
