I have now been there twice requesting some help, and although both of the ladies were very nice, neither of them seemed incredibly knowledgeable about the products that I was looking to purchase. The first time I was looking for skin care products, which I have never used before so I was looking for somebody that would have good knowledge of a 55-year-old woman’s skin…. The hair stylist overall did a nice job with my hair however the entire time I was there I listened to employees talk about sales goals intensely and even negatively about other employees. At the end of the appointment I was encouraged to come back for a similar appointment in 2 weeks... I'm not sure why I would need to come back for highlights again that soon, but did not want to be confrontational. The entire store seems to completely driven by profit over customer.
My daughter came in for a silk press. I am extremely happy with Laniya!!!! Not everyone can do my daughter’s type of hair texture, so I am extremely satisfied with her. Thank you so much!!! We will be back!
Zoey helped us with our skincare and she was incredible!!! Full of so much knowledge and I'm already feeling the glow from my new skincare!
