Poor customer service
I'm a more middle-aged person who never got into wearing makeup when I was younger, so I came in a bit overwhelmed and not knowing where to start. Emily was fantastic and helped me find some basic makeup to get me started. I appreciated her kindness and willingness to listen to what I was looking for.
Ashely with pink hair is absolutely the best! Walked in not knowing what I needed and left with great product recommendations, a heart full from laughs, and courage that I can tackle a full face of makeup!
Salon = 2 stars Store= 4.5 stars The salon is basically an overpriced Great Clips. Instead of $20, you'll pay $40 for a bad cut. The only benefit is you can make an appointment online, but the haircut I got was a classic "Karen" cut when I asked for a short pixie or boy cut. I kept telling the stylist I needed it shorter on top so I could spike it, but she had another appointment and wasted 20 minutes trying to style it instead.
