I don't shop at Ulta much, but I needed just one thing and didn't want to pay for shipping. Now, I understand that Ulta makes you ask about sign ups, I get that it needs to happen. But after me saying no three times, it shouldn't be followed with a glare and a 'If you need to return this, you HAVE to sign up'. No. I shop in store maybe 3 times a year, have enough spam emails, I don't want yours, I don't care if it's "just for my birthday". By the way dear, you had lipstick on your teeth the entire time you were being rude.
The staff at Ulta are extremely helpful and I was able to find the product I was needing by her showing me which option she thought was best to use !!
Was visiting in Rochester! The staff at this location was very knowledgeable and very kind. Went above and beyond and I was only looking for nail glue! Wide selection of products!!
