I visited this specific ulta 2 days ago while traveling back home , i nicely asked an employee there to assist me on getting a body fragrance i really liked and he told me to hold on due to another staff having his key, as i am waiting i go to look at another fragrance i wanted to smell but the test bottle was so empty, beyond empty. anyways. asked a staff about maybe another tester, poor thing took her time to ask another staff to come back to say this is one they had to get sent to them as a tester . like why wasn’t there ... read more
The staff are overall pretty pleasant and helpful, I frequently stop in living near by, but the supplies are RARELY restocked, and 98% of the time the store is an overall mess. The nail section always looks like the tasmanian devil took a spin looking for a French tip. Customer service - mostly great Presentation and item availability- almost ALWAYS horrible
Do not go here. I got my hair toned be because another stylist made me too brassy, so I thought they could fix it and they did not do as promised and I left the salon looking horrible because I didn’t know how to do my hair once my hair dried. I realize that my hair was worse than it was before because they rinsed out the temporary color that I had on top of it so it made it even more brassy.
