So a week ago I went in for skincare and your employee Adam didn’t want to help me. He was super rude and stuck up. He was standing around gossiping with other coworkers. I hope something gets done about this.
Such a beautiful and amazing set of employees at this location. You can tell some customers have never seen a hard time in the work place, but these ladies and gents at Ulta Winrock are so amazing! keep pushing and keep making people smile! Special Thank You to two employees who stood out to me; Emily and Rae. Will definitely be back here! 😆
This is the worst store to shop at! The only person willing to help or is nice in any way are the security guards! This is a store for girls to sit at the front gossip and be unkind to people coming in. I have never been treated so terrible at a place I go to spend a lot of money. Buy your products anywhere but here
