I was very disappointed with my experience today. I initially approached Nicole after she had finished assisting another customer to inquire about an item I was interested in purchasing. Despite making eye contact and attempting to ask for assistance, I felt I was overlooked while she proceeded to help another customer. I am never going into that store again! I returned a foundation that I bought 2 days ago. She returned the item , I also returned it in the Ulta bag it came in which was a 8 inch by 8 inch bag I asked the sales lady if she could throw this away for me and she said to me there is a trash can outside the door you can do it yourself and use the one outside!!! The one star is for the ulta salon. They should really have a feature where the hairstylists can leave pictures of their work and where their customers can review their experience. So I’ll leave it here. I would not recommend Ellie H. for a haircut. She had me waiting over 30 minutes while she finished helping someone else out even though I had an appointment. I asked for layers and I was left with one chunk of my hair significantly shorter than the other, with no blending. I asked for face framing pieces and she gave me one... read more
