Lauren is the only hairdresser I see. I came to her with short and very dry hair and since I’ve been seeing her for dye, cut and blow dry and treatments my hair has grown significantly and much more beautiful. Thank you Ulta Monrovia and Lauren
WARNING: Stay away from Yuliana (the salon supervisor) at this Monrovia location. She does not know how to do hair. I came in with virgin hair and asked for a balayage. Instead, she gave me harsh full highlights—which is a completely different technique. When I confronted her, she made up an excuse that I needed a "second session" to get a balayage, which is completely false for virgin hair. Overpriced over hyped money pit.
Worst customer service! Zero acknowledgement. Went in for a solo item, needed help finding a color not even the woman at the register could help me given I was on a time crunch and Needed one thing. Be better. People could use fast convenient service. To top it off the employee at the register told me that “no one else can help me” … crazy!!
