I had to get makeup for a last minute show I had to perform in, and the employee Brendan helped me find all my products quickly and was so nice! Will definitely be making this Ulta my main makeup destination!

*STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION* I had a very disappointing experience at this Ulta Beauty location in Kings Plaza. The staff was extremely unhelpful and came off as rude and distasteful throughout my visit. I asked for assistance and was met with attitude instead of professionalism, which made the entire shopping experience uncomfortable. Customer service should be a priority, especially in a beauty store where guidance matters. As a new customer, I also expected more help navigating the store. I recently visited this ulta for the 1st time excited to get a new foundation before i give birth in may. Not even 1 employee asked if i needed any type of assistance or help. I literally stood around for 15 to 20 mins just waiting to be acknowledged. 1 employee looked like she had an attuide an the others was just walking around talking, doing their own thing. I just walked out frustrated. I will try again in this upcoming week in efforts to upgrade my 1 star rating, Hopefully by then there will be better customer service.
