Perhaps doing professional makeup is not their specialty. I recently paid for a service for a family member, very dissatisfied. The foundation was severely unmatched. The eye brows looked like it was drawn on with a marker. The skin did not looked prepped EG primer/ moisturizer. Even the red lip fell short. I wont embarrass the family member by posting the hideous pictures.
online it's great- great prices, great products, and the stores are super nice too; always in stock, but the customer service is terrible, and the staff are hateful, and often give me a hard time over nothing, would totally order online tho:)
