Worst salon experience I’ve ever had. The stylist handled my hair so aggressively that I was literally crying in the chair for 15 minutes. I repeatedly said the pulling and curling were hurting me, and it felt completely ignored. No customer should leave a salon in pain and emotionally upset. I came in expecting professional care and left regretting every second of the appointment. If you value basic gentleness and customer respect, avoid this place. Salon rating is a complete 0.
