I’ve always hated this ULTA from the bottom of my heart the employees are so nasty & the store is even worse. Now they fired Darlene?? GO TO SEPHORA YALL
Went in to Ulta Farmingdale on 9/23 worked with Michelle. Michelle was sweet and so customer service oriented answered all our questions and helped with recomendations
Wonderful customer service. I was helped by Justin and he made knowledgeable and thoughtful recommendations. Everyone in this store is friendly and so nice. Highly recommend
