I booked a hair service this morning, very urgently. My hair was burnt, I mean they caught fire!! Kyla was available and 1 hour after the incident I was at the salon. I've never been there before, and I met Kyla and explained to her what had happened. She took the time to remove all of the burnt edges strands by strands and proceeded with the wash and cut. From the moment I walked in, she made not only myself but my girlfriend as well feel comfortable and really took the time to understand what we needed. Seems like having no manners is a requirement to work at this place. Went to this location 2 times and both times I was met with nothing but rude employees who do not let you shop in peace. 1st time I went in with a friend at around 2pm no one greeted us even though one of the employees was literally standing in-front of the door when we walked in. I have the best experience today at the Ulta in Farmingdale! Lauren was just the sweetest and had great upbeat energy! She helped me narrow down to the most perfect birthday gift when I was super indecisive as to what I wanted. I really appreciate the patience and customer service she provided.
