Lauren in the Farmingdale store truly goes above and beyond for her clients. She is truly amazing!! I’m so happy, she found exactly what I need.
Had a fantastic experience last weekend on 2/6/26 with Michelle, she helped me find the perfect serum for my thin hair, she walked me through all the products that would help me and be beneficial for me and recommend Viviscal. Unfortunately they didn’t have it in stores so I did order it online, but in the store she recommended California Naturals growth serum which I am obsessed with! Thanks again Michelle for your kindness and all your help!! Will definitely be stopping by again for all my hair growth needs!
I really love this Ulta at Airport Plaza. The people who work here are so kind and genuinely helpful. I’m not very confident with makeup or skincare, but they always take the time to guide me and make me feel comfortable. The staff is knowledgeable and diverse, and you can really tell they care about getting it right for every customer. You don’t see service like this anymore, and it makes every visit such a nice experience.
