I was very disappointed with my recent visit to this Ulta location. I was not greeted by anyone, ignored by associates too busy to help myself and family. During check out I gave the cashier all cash ($20s) and was met with her counting the cash turning her back and asking her manager “can we take this much cash?” A very uncomfortable and unpleasant exchange to be part of. I’m use to visiting better Ulta where the staff is attentive pleasant and excited to help. I will not visit this location again and would not recommend it... read more

Less than 10 minutes entering this location and my friend & I are being followed! While shopping I specifically witnessed this associate pretend to search for an item that was several aisles away (which she passed by many times to watch me lol ) that she held in her hand for over 5 minutes. We walked to multiple areas of this store as she followed up until she over heard me telling my friend I think we’re being profiled. My mom and I had such a wonderful girls’ day at Ulta, and one of the highlights of our visit was meeting beauty advisor Kalice. From the moment we interacted with her, she was warm, welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about helping us. She took the time to answer our questions, recommend products based on our needs, and even shared some of the techniques she uses herself.
