Just moved to the area and was happy to see a location down the street from me. I asked one of the employees stocking to assist me in color matching foundation and concealer. It did take a while but we were able to match my shades. The store had all the things on my list in stock. I would agree with other comments saying the employees seem to be not as friendly or inviting as other stores I frequented out of state.

Just want to shout out the customer service of this Ulta. I wasn’t getting good customer service at the location in Fayetteville, NC, nor at the Sephora in Fayetteville. The 1:15 drive was worth it here. Jahh hooked me up with all the things I need for my regular tv appearances.

My experience at Ulta Beauty was unexpectedly uncomfortable. When I went to check out, the cashier told me she’d need to call over a manager because I don’t have a phone number in their system. I only shop there once or twice a year, so I don’t need the rewards program. She said she wouldn’t be able to complete the transaction without one, and ultimately had the person behind me enter her number just to move things along. It felt awkward and unnecessary… checking out shouldn’t require that kind of workaround.

Terrible management. Rude. I had a very disappointing experience at this Ulta location. I came in to return a dry shampoo that simply did not work for me. It had only been 4 days since I purchased it, and the bottle was still mostly full because it left my hair extremely dry. Instead of helping, the manager immediately accused me of using too much product and acted like I was trying to return something that was already used up, which was not the case at all.
