Alex at the salon did a excellent job on my hair she took her time and was very sweet. I have gotten so many compliments on my hair from strangers on the street to everyone here at work.... And I also got my confidence back 5 stars for alex....
Great Customer Service representative !!!
Was at this location Ulta in Lewisville. It has been awhile but was near by. I needed to grab some things. A lot has changed. Their customer service is below average. Not one employee, that saw me even acknowledged me. Until I checked out. The 1st cashier had to leave to go unlock a fragrance for a customer. But she said, type in my phone number. I was there a couple of minutes, until another cashier came up. Well, instead of asking me if I was next, she asks the customer behind me. That was enough for me to not come here. U... read more
do NOT go to the salon. they add on services without disclosing the price, their work stations are dirty, and the stylists (Keara) are unprofessional: speaking negatively on other haircare professionals, omitting prices, unskilled (still had split ends), not rendering the service in full ( charged for a service that included a deep condition and didnt even do it) and engaging in predatory behavior (in terms of ethics). How is a TRIM $60 but a Wash and Blow is $45? oh & management allowed it
