I took my mom to see Alex Mendez at Ulta Beauty Salon, and we had such a great experience! It was our first time booking with her, and she made my mom feel so comfortable and well taken care of from the start. Alex was professional, kind, and really listened to what my mom wanted. She did an amazing job, and my mom left feeling so happy and confident with her results. We’ll definitely be coming back—highly recommend Alex!
Poor customer service!!!! I visited this store twice to purchase a fragrance, and both experiences were disappointing. During my first visit, I couldn’t find an employee to help. When I finally did, she seemed uninterested. I came back another day hoping for a better experience. It wasn’t. Shout out to Meghan! I took my daughter in on Wednesday for help with foundation matching. She was exceptionally helpful! After getting my daughter set, I went back and she helped me change up a few shades. @Ulta, please commend Meghan for her excellent customer service!
Amazing service through and through! Shout out to Jules and Carmen for going above and beyond making sure I was satisfied and helped! Jules gave amazing product recommendations for what I needed!! Store was clean and beautiful.
