Don’t bother doing curbside pick up here, they will have you waiting for HOURS! I waited so long, I called twice and they still didn’t have my order out to me, this wait caused me so much stress and anxiety I got into a an accident! If you can’t honor curb side pick up please don’t offer it. So disappointing
Lindsay, the manager is so awesome. She helped me with a few selections and a return. She is just incredibly kind. Her whole staff is on point.
I went in a bit nervous because I needed to completely start afresh with new makeup. I was helped by the most wonderful and patient person I've ever dealt with at Ulta! Marisa was amazing, patient, and very personable. I am so grateful she was there to help me. She took lots of time with helping me pick out products and shades that would work best for me. I am so excited to begin using everything I purchased and start looking more radiant!
