I came into by some new cosmetics...Reva was wonderful.So helpful took time to make sure the color matched explained everything to me.I will definitely be back and ask for Reva!

Never experienced this at this location before but this was the worst. Was greeted by 1 associate but then every other associate that walked by including managers on duty, never asked if I needed help or even welcomed me. Walked around for a good 15 or 20mins before an elder employee asked if I needed help and then another employee stopped because I said finally someone can help because no one was around or seemed like they wanted to help you. Honestly never returning here again. Customer Service was a 4/10

This was my first time at this particular Ulta store. I want to say a big thank you for the wonderful experience. Before this, I visited another store and my mood was ruined. Но in this store, everything was perfect. A very friendly consultant, unfortunately I did not remember her name, helped me choose what I wanted. She found me the right perfume in the size I needed (special thanks that she did not try to sell me a larger one but found exactly the volume I wanted). At the checkout, the girls were very pleasant.
