Love this place! If you need your foundation match you have to go see Ariana . She is a life changer . My make up has never looked better. I was walking around with the wrong foundation color for a year and a half 😫. My neck and face looked like they belonged to to different people ! She spotted it and got me together . She is super honest and helpful. Ulta give miss girl a raise !

Very rude employees especially the older female manager. I was told to ask the manager to open the perfume stand because she had the keys which I did and received such attitude like I was annoying her for asking… ma’am I’m trying to purchase a high ticket item from your store and you’re giving me attitude? Girl bye! Never stepping foot in this ulta again!!!

Horrible experience - 0 help while there were multiple employees on the floor, not once did they ask if we needed help. Instead they kept walking around us “ pretending to do something “ and talking on their walkies assuming I was stealing. I’ve worked in retail multiple years to not know the standard protocol when someone loooks suspicious. Maybe next time ask how you can help before assuming someone wants to steal. Very disappointed we will be shopping at Sephora down the street.
