This location (Towson) has the most unprofessional cashiers I've encountered in awhile. I've given this location more chances than what is necessary. One time they messed my order up with no apology from the cashier or the manager. I just picked up an online order and as I'm walking in the store the cashier is on the telephone. I interrupt her scrolling time to get her attention so that I can let her know I was there to pick up an online order. No greeting. No apology for being distracted on the telephone. Huge shout out to Makayla!! I’m not a huge makeup girly & she was such a huge help with choosing the right products. I brought products I use into her and had her help me with what I could improve on & she was SO knowledgeable and helpful. I wish I could have tipped her for her help:)
