sick of greedy companies like this not listing their prices for salon services. this practice also correlates with the demands of payment for services yet delivered along with products yet received. If this is the regard with which they treat potential customers, imagine how they treat employees. of course their profits are up, but not because of customer service. Also, their prices on makeup are too high.
Today I stopped in on 8/21/2026 and purchased some makeup products and I had a very pleasant experience checking out with cashier Kayleigh! she has a really bubbly and cheerful personality, her makeup was beautiful and she was very engaging. I had bad experiences in the past but she is too notch and is an absolute asset to this location. I hope she gets to see this review.
Makayla (hope I’m spelling correctly!) was super helpful in matching a color corrector for me. I didn’t need any other makeup, but I would definitely seek her out for makeup questions! She gave me some great recommendations. Thank you!
This location (Towson) has the most unprofessional cashiers I've encountered in awhile. I've given this location more chances than what is necessary. One time they messed my order up with no apology from the cashier or the manager. I just picked up an online order and as I'm walking in the store the cashier is on the telephone. I interrupt her scrolling time to get her attention so that I can let her know I was there to pick up an online order. No greeting. No apology for being distracted on the telephone.
