This location (Towson) has the most unprofessional cashiers I've encountered in awhile. I've given this location more chances than what is necessary. One time they messed my order up with no apology from the cashier or the manager. I just picked up an online order and as I'm walking in the store the cashier is on the telephone. I interrupt her scrolling time to get her attention so that I can let her know I was there to pick up an online order. No greeting. No apology for being distracted on the telephone. Huge shout out to Makayla!! I’m not a huge makeup girly & she was such a huge help with choosing the right products. I brought products I use into her and had her help me with what I could improve on & she was SO knowledgeable and helpful. I wish I could have tipped her for her help:)
I had a wonderful experience with IKENA. She did an excellent job with my haircut. She is friendly, patient, and caring throughout the entire process, which made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a great service.

Shout out to Marisa here at Towson location! This girl deserves a raise! After a huge ordeal about getting my hair done at the huntvalley location, I was ready to give up and Ulta lose my business completely but I called Towson explained the crappy situation at huntvalley they were very apologetic (even though it was not their locations issue) I got scheduled with Marisa and Girl you did the thang! I absolutely LOVE my hair! I will definitely be doing business here at this location moving forward
