I love this location, I come here often and l've never had the strange encounter I've had today. I'm an associate at a different location but I came into this one earlier today for a gift for a friend's birthday but I didn't receive my employee discount. Customer service is always non existence in this store. Never employees on the floor to assist with anything.
I have been to this location several times as it is nearest to my home and I have never had any issues, until this week. I went after work and I was profiled for presenting as a hippie/whatever other prejudice. I have my beauty staples that I go in for, but whenever I am there, I obviously love to browse and discover/sample new items. This time, I was trailed and followed at every corner.
