This was my first time visiting an Ulta Beauty store. I purchased an eye serum from The Ordinary, and the cashier asked me to enter my phone number to create an account. She explained that having an account would make things much easier if I ever needed to return the product and happened to lose my receipt. I asked her, "Do you sell my phone number to third parties?" DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY SALON SERVICES. Absolutely horrible experience. I went in for a simple brow cleanup and walked out with part of my eyebrow missing. Not uneven, not over-shaped, literally missing. The worst part is they covered it up with pencil so I wouldn’t notice until I got home. That is completely unacceptable. All they did was refund the service, not even the tip I gave before realizing what they had done. I came in on a Tuesday afternoon and the store was almost empty looking. I needed some help and a very kind and beautiful person named Lauren helped me to pick out some lashes for my wedding as I have never used them. Lauren was very attentive and listened to my preferences for the look I wanted. She asked me questions that allowed me to narrow down what I want for my special day. She gave me options and suggestions on how to use or apply them. I am grateful for you, Lauren.
