I went in wanting something similar to a highlighter that they didnt carry, and this sweet girl named Ajanae listened to me describe what i was looking for and led me straight to what I wanted it was so perfect! She was so nice and didnt make me feel stupid for bothering her
I had to tell the cashier four times that I didn't want to provide a phone number. I should only have to say "no, thank you" once. Another staff person followed me around the store trying to force me into conversation as I was shopping. I'm not sure if it was a loss prevention tactic or if she was just really invested in what I was buying, but I know it was clear from my body language, short responses, and my actively walking away that I did not wish to be engaged. That should have been respected.
