I usually shop at Ulta in Pleasant Hill. I had an awful and humiliating eexperience with the manager. I will no longer be returning to this store for my makeup needs.
The staff are friendly and most know products. There typically out of what I need but nice. Biggest issue is the amount of perfume they spray. It’s appalling. You walk in a your hit with such a strong old lady smell you want to leave.
Do not go to the Ulta Pleasant Hill salon — especially do NOT book with Gena. Gena cut my hair WAY shorter than what I clearly asked for. I was very specific about the length, and she completely ignored it. The result was shocking and devastating — my hair was cut far beyond what I agreed to.
