They need to stop bugging me about their deals. You need to communicate who you’ve helped already, I had 5 people come up and talk to me in the span of 10 minutes.
Absolute terrible service. They profile you the moment you walk in as if you’re not supposed to be there. As someone who earns 200k+ a year and I walk in being treated like I’m a criminal, give me a break. I even used to work retail and the way they handle loss prevention is utterly ridiculous. God forbid you wanna look around for more than 10 minutes before they start harassing you. Definitely going to corp with this one.
I’ve now had two uncomfortable experiences at the Spanish Fork Ulta that felt more like profiling than customer service. The first time, my friend and I were approached by FOUR different employees asking if we needed help, but the tone felt more suspicious than welcoming. It completely singled us out and ruined the shopping experience. The second time was worse.
