Extremely frustrating experience at this location, and disappointing that it came from the “experience manager”. We were coming back into town and called ahead to see if they could hold our already-purchased item until the next morning, since we were cutting it close. We got a flat no, with inventory cited as the excuse. So we rushed to get there in time, and I sent my husband in to grab the order while I waited in the car. They need to stop bugging me about their deals. You need to communicate who you’ve helped already, I had 5 people come up and talk to me in the span of 10 minutes.
