Store is well stocked and seemingly clean but I noticed that the women who work here are always chatting, are unfriendly, and only seem to greet the customers they deem fit. Everytime I go into this store I am looked at by a worker who seems to be annoyed or unpleasant, then goes to greet the next customer they deem worthy but not me. Pretty interesting as I have worked in retail before and have said hello to every customer who walks through my stores door regardless of how I perceive them. :-)

I worked with Brendan and he was beyond amazing! I don’t really do makeup, but he was so accommodating to me and never made me feel like I had a lack of understanding when it came to makeup. He’s honestly the best around. An Ulta is just an Ulta, until you have a Brendan.

I had a very bad experience at the salon and there was very little empathy or care to fix the mistake made to my hair when it was obvious how upset and sad I was. Why couldn’t the stylist just tone it again right away? I went home in literal tears with my head still wet because I wanted to try and fix it myself with toner at home and I almost got charged for the blow dry that never happened if I hadn’t said anything I would’ve been charged. This store almost always has everything in stock. Lines inside move quickly. The store is clean. Employees are helpful, but they don’t hover. When purchasing online to pick up curbside, they come out quickly and are always friendly. There is always sufficient parking. Returns are also easy.

Went to Ulta for some help finding a better shade foundation. Emily was friendly and helpful. Will go back for her help anyday. The whole staff was great!
