Store is dirty and poorly stocked. Trashes were overflowing and of a section, only a few products/shades would actually be on the shelf. We were never welcomed into the store and it was difficult to find an employee to help. We ended up leaving without buying anything.

honestly, can I give it 0 stars? i booked a blowout service with a stylist named chase. i have 24 in keratin extensions and told him exactly what i wanted to do, give it a good wash, use some purple shampoo because my hair is blonde, and blow dry it with a curly wave. he is washing me in the bowl and puts pumps and pumps and pumps of purple shampoo on my hair and lets it sit way too long, he washes me out but is super heavy handed the entire service, even when he’s looking through my hair before the wash, and he leaves soap ... read more

Had a really great experience here. I called ahead and Lux was able to confirm they had the stuff I was looking for, and then Leo was able to direct me to where it was in the store once I got there. Ulta is always pricy, and it’d been about three years since I shopped at one of their locations, but they’ve always got the stuff Sally’s doesn’t. The employee’s attitude was awful. I simply asked to have the coupon applied to my bill, and she treated me like I was asking for a handout. She was rude, disrespectful, and very unprofessional. Customer service like this is unacceptable.
