Had a really great experience here. I called ahead and Lux was able to confirm they had the stuff I was looking for, and then Leo was able to direct me to where it was in the store once I got there. Ulta is always pricy, and it’d been about three years since I shopped at one of their locations, but they’ve always got the stuff Sally’s doesn’t. The employee’s attitude was awful. I simply asked to have the coupon applied to my bill, and she treated me like I was asking for a handout. She was rude, disrespectful, and very unprofessional. Customer service like this is unacceptable.

Always clean and usually well-staffed with consultants to answer questions. Occasionally at peak time the cashier line can get quite long and the stores that only have 2 cashiers can take a while. Great selection of products.

I went to this location for a highlight and haircut. My highlight did not turn out as expected, several spots were very uneven and a section was not rinsed properly and ended up way lighter than intended. The stylist did acknowledge this and scheduled me for a touch up promptly, but even after the correction the highlight was still somewhat uneven (compared to results I’ve had at other Ulta’s) and my haircut was extremely uneven.
