I’m desperately in love with this store 🥶
Had two of the Ulta beauty lip Pencils. Love the color. Both are broken and dried out. Went to return just one they said it was just past the 60 day return time period and they would not refund or replace. They lost a lifetime customer today- You think of all the money I would’ve spent at Ulta over the years for a $24 lip pencil. They lost a lot of goodwill and money today- Warrenton VA
They have STAFF! And each member of the team knows about the store and the products they sell! Thank you! I love this place!
