Went in this morning to buy few things dealt with Holly who was cashiering at the time. Seemed to have an attitude when I had failed to mention, the total price would be paid with two cards. I also told her that I had a three dollar discount before she was finished. Had what I needed but when i asked the lady on the floor for help, she was not helpful. Poor suggestions when I asked about tinted moisturizer. I'd rather read the reviews online than have those type salespeople on the floor. Only 1 cashier today, ties up with a return. 3 ladies walk back and forth don't even acknowledge us waiting. 2nd visit and not a good experience again.
I had such a great experience with Neveah at Ulta! She made the process of color matching and exchanging my makeup so simple and stress-free. She really paid attention to detail and took the time to find the perfect shade for me. On top of that, she was incredibly sweet, patient, and professional.
