Worse experience doing a pick up. I ordered 3 things and had to call the store to check my order. The gentleman working acted as I was inconveniencing him. And the lady opened my order to check it when I came to pick it up. Very odd experience. Edit: just got home and my order was leaking. Not even worth calling or going back. But how did the lady not see when she opened my bag? Just an all around bad experience.
I absolutely LOVE this location! So clean and plenty in stock. Needed some extra help and Chloe went overboard to make sure I got everything.
I went into ulta today and had a great experience Intell I checked out. The first girl was absolutely amazing and so so kind. I was using my mom’s phone number like I always do and was going to use points. (I didn’t know this was against a policy since I’ve done it before) anyways it needed manager approval. And the experience I had with Denise was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. She immediately had an extremely rude attitude towards me.
