I went in to this store looking for perfumed, spray for your hair.
Seriously. I ordered online. One travel-size product in kit would not spray at all. Brought in the broken one because only one with issues and she won’t do the return unless i bring the whole kit back! I don’t live close by! I do mot even have the box any longer! They have the same exact product and size on the shelf. Bad customer service! I was prepared to pick up more items but will not do that here now.
UPDATE: Once again, I am completely amazed by the manager Joel and his team. I had an issue with a return at the Bend location. He completely resolved it for me and made sure everything was handled quickly and easily. I would give my right arm to find a manger like him and really hope that Ulta knows what an incredible employee they have! PREVIOUS REVIEW: I absolutely LOVE this location! So clean and plenty in stock. Needed some extra help and Chloe went overboard to make sure I got everything.

The white lighting in these establishments are Amazing! Walked in for a purple detangling comb and walked out with a smile. I can always appreciate the fun testers, white lighting, and good vibes from customer service. Thank you for my birthday .
