I mostly go to Ulta Newtown for my make up. Look for Jenna or Autumn, as they are excellent artists for make up application. I also buy some products that they applied on my face. Ulta has a variety of skin care, hair products and hair and make-up services.

Purchased two blow dryers on June 6th 2026. When I opened one of the boxes there was the attachment missing. When I opened the second box the attachment was also missing. I returned to the store at 5:30 pm on June 8th. Both unused blow dryers in their original packaging. Original receipt of purchased provided and credit card used for the original purchase was provided to service representative of the store. Sales staff were friendly, but after reviewing my large purchase at home, I discovered a small item (an eyeliner) was missing from my bag. When I returned a few days later (delayed by snow), the manager was rude, dismissive, and refused to help, citing “store policy”, refusing to help or even listen. I left feeling ripped off and disappointed. Update: The store’s general manager promptly followed up, investigated the issue, and the item was found and returned.
