Yesterday was actually my first time shopping at ulta and a super nice woman whose name I believe is Charlie was incredibly kind and patient with helping me a specific shade of lipstick. Even going online to be sure if it was there. Breanna at checkout was also super sweet and helpful in setting up an account amdi hope she has a great birthday today!
i went here to get a new lip liner that the Ulta website had said just released in stores. BUT when i went to this ulta, the lip liner was no where to be seen! pretty quickly after entering, an employee asked if i needed help. i told her about the lip liner, and she said that they had just got the shipment, and it was still in the back, needing to be sorted. she told me she would look real quick, i said thank you appreciate it. she comes back a couple minutes later, telling me that she knows it's there, but there's a lot of ... read more
