Sales staff were friendly, but after reviewing my large purchase at home, I discovered a small item (an eyeliner) was missing from my bag. When I returned a few days later (delayed by snow), the manager was rude, dismissive, and refused to help, citing “store policy”, refusing to help or even listen. Rude and unprofessional customer service. One of the workers completely ruined my shopping experience and to be honest I just wanted to leave. I never leave negative reviews but for a big corporations with snobby workers…. I will happily:) I was testing a foundation to make sure it was a match before I bought it and a worker came over to me and was very condescending and rude saying I couldn’t swatch it and ripped it out of my hand. Dawn is sooooooo nice. She is a great asset to the company. I live in Doylestown but go to the Newtown Ulta because it is the best one around for so many different reasons.
