Sales staff were friendly, but after reviewing my large purchase at home, I discovered a small item (an eyeliner) was missing from my bag. When I returned a few days later (delayed by snow), the manager was rude, dismissive, and refused to help, citing “store policy”, refusing to help or even listen. I left feeling ripped off and disappointed. Update: The store’s general manager promptly followed up, investigated the issue, and the item was found and returned.
