The employees at this location are awful, they made me feel extremely uncomfortable as they acted like i was stealing while i was simply looking at products out in the open. I will never return here this has happened multiple times, you people need to do better and stop judging people based off their looks it’s disgusting!
Very disappointing experience. I purchased a Dior Sauvage fragrance for approximately $166, and when I opened the sealed box, it contained a completely different perfume than the one I paid for. I returned to the store expecting the issue to be investigated or, at the very least, taken seriously. Unfortunately, my experience with the manager made the situation even more disappointing. Over the weekend, my daughter had her birthday party at Ulta in Seekonk and I can not say enough about the wonderful experience! Selena and the staff were warm and friendly, the space was decorated beautifully and customized with her name. From the minute we walked in there was excitement surrounding her and her special day. I was just there for my first time this past weekend. Everyone made me feel incredibly welcome and tried to assess my needs. Shantae ( I hope I've spelled her name correctly) went above and beyond by really listening and understanding my skin tone and type and what I was asking for. She directed me to the correct products and and gave me some samples. I will definitely be going back and asking for Shantae.
In to buy some makeup. Offered no help after they walk by me several times and offer help to everyone around me but me.
