Over the weekend, my daughter had her birthday party at Ulta in Seekonk and I can not say enough about the wonderful experience! Selena and the staff were warm and friendly, the space was decorated beautifully and customized with her name. From the minute we walked in there was excitement surrounding her and her special day. I was just there for my first time this past weekend. Everyone made me feel incredibly welcome and tried to assess my needs. Shantae ( I hope I've spelled her name correctly) went above and beyond by really listening and understanding my skin tone and type and what I was asking for. She directed me to the correct products and and gave me some samples. I will definitely be going back and asking for Shantae.
In to buy some makeup. Offered no help after they walk by me several times and offer help to everyone around me but me.
Selena the manager was so nice, she helped me with my happy return and I loved how cheerful she was!!!
I can’t say enough about Jeffrey the sales associate. He was so professional and helpful. Jeffrey took his time with me and helped me chose the right products, from skincare to makeup. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Jeffrey was so pleasant and such a delight! I will definitely be returning just because of him!
