Selena the manager was so nice, she helped me with my happy return and I loved how cheerful she was!!!
I can’t say enough about Jeffrey the sales associate. He was so professional and helpful. Jeffrey took his time with me and helped me chose the right products, from skincare to makeup. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Jeffrey was so pleasant and such a delight! I will definitely be returning just because of him!
I visited this location around 1:00 PM on a weekday, which was the perfect time—it was quiet since the kids were in school and the store was very clean. I had plenty of time to browse for some TikTok-viral items. While a lot of things were out of stock, I still managed to find a few gems. The only downside was the service on the floor. I just wanted to take a moment to recognize the amazing team at Ulta Beauty. I’ve visited this location two or three times over the past month, and each experience has been better than the last.
