Scheduled an appointment for my little sister to get her fourth hole pierced on her ear, as they had done mine earlier that year. Despite a confirmed appointment they turned us away because they were “not experienced” enough. I totally understand not being able to do a service i mean I couldn’t but please don’t confirm my appointment and hole piercing location very disappointing.

Morgan took the time to help me pick out products, and even tried them out on my skin to make sure that I loved them. I came in looking for one specific thing and ended up leaving with ten after trying a bunch of products. Morgan was most helpful and really cared about my experience, I will certainly be going back
