I gotta shout out Morgan who saved my LIFE (well, my wedding day look!). She was so helpful, supportive, and knowledgable - really hooked me up with everything I needed, including by offering where I could save money on dupes and where it made sense to splurge on pricier products. I am so grateful!
I have been here twice and the employees especially the cashiers have been either pushy to have you sign up for something or RUDE!!!! I’m a WOC and observed much better treatment to non POC after me on line. I travel to the Albany location as I deserve good customer service.
I am from Toronto, Canada and visited Ulta beauty for the first time today with my daughter as we are on vacation in Albany, NY. I was appalled at how we were treated! Sure the 3 employees who came around asking if we needed help asked politely but 3 of them felt the need to come around on 3 separate occasions while another kept restocking shelves not too far away - after we walked in.
