I don’t go often but I went a few days ago trying to find a certain product so I walked back and forth a lot. Apparently a lot of walking and laughing makes me look like a thief and the bald man with glasses took it upon himself to claim I was having too much fun and I heard him chattering with another associate about us but me and my sister were smelling perfume and looking at the clearance aisle. I don’t appreciate being labeled as a thief just because I’m indecisive

Kristen, Kristen where has she been. My hair loves her. The products made my hair look and smell amazing. She is the 1st master stylist I have ever meet that I will stay consistent with at a chain store. I'm looking to do a follow up with her. "She talks good hair". Please ask for her.
