Employees act very bothered in the Rocky Mount location.. Rude when you need help with fragrances or anything else.. but when you're just browsing they hawking you like you're a thief.. My daughter and I still go because no one is stopping us from getting what we want.. The racial profiling is crazy out of hand! It must stop
Great service! Everyone was very welcoming.
I have Parkinson's and some days I simply can't function. Fatigue set in as I traveled to the Rocky Mount, NC location and I was unable to shop for my nieces. The kindest young lady escorted me to a chair, took my list, located all of my items, made suggestions for companion products, and picked out stocking stuffers based on our conversation regarding my nieces' needs. I don't remember her name ... but I will always remember her thoughtfulness, knowledge of products, and willingness to help.
