I have been a ulta costumer for years and I the way current management is training the employees here is horrible and manipulative! I’ve never had an issue getting a transition through and when I was checking out I had an employee tell me that she could not finish the transaction unless if I gave up my phone number and information to sign up for their rewards! FOR SALON SERVICES: ASK FOR KATY APPLE! She is amazing and I fly back home just to get my haircut by her! she is honest and genuine and will get you the perfect hair you want! i’ve gone to her for years now and she pays attention to details too! definitely recommend booking with her!
