I have been a ulta costumer for years and I the way current management is training the employees here is horrible and manipulative! I’ve never had an issue getting a transition through and when I was checking out I had an employee tell me that she could not finish the transaction unless if I gave up my phone number and information to sign up for their rewards! I walked into Ulta on a simple quest - for some good-smelling cologne. I pointed at the sample bottles (because, like most humans, I don't memorize individual box designs).
