If i could give this ulta 0 stars I WOULD . This location has the worst customer service AND workers . SPECIFICALLY ‘LAURA’ she always has an attitude, hates her job, can never smile and had no communication skills what so ever .
I came into this Ulta today to purchase one simple item, a color depositing conditioner. The store was nearly empty because of the FIFA Club World Cup, so I expected customer service to be quick and attentive. Unfortunately, it was the exact opposite. I wasn’t greeted when I walked in, despite there being very few customers in the store. After looking around for a bit, I asked an employee for help finding the product.
