I’ve been coming to this Ulta since they opened. I’ve never had an issue with staff or the products. (Items on shelves are intact or organized neatly) Staff are helpful, friendly, and professional! Whether it’s purchasing an item, returning one, or returning clothes (for Happy returns), it’s always been an easy and seamless process.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Ulta salon. My appointment on 3/23 started at 3:45 PM and didn’t end until after 6:15 PM, which felt unnecessarily long for a basic wash and cut. I came in for a signature haircut, asking for a mid-length cut above my breasts with long layers. This length was verified multiple times with the hairstylist. Everytime I come into this ulta it’s always something. I’ve been in here a few times & one time I believe she was the store manager but she was excellent. She was the reason I enrolled in the credit card. Any other time , no one ever asks if I need assistance , no are you finding everything okay.. nothing. The last couple times I’ve been into this location the AC was not working & it was hot out .. the line was outrageous.. one person on the register while a few others just walk around the store. I did not like this place it was terrible I didn't get any help the person I asked was VERY rude I wanted a lip liner and I couldn't find it so I asked and she said it in a rude way
