I had an awful experience at this Ulta and left feeling completely disrespected. I was looking for Olaplex and couldn’t find it, so I politely approached three employees who were standing together. Before I could even finish my question, one of them abruptly cut me off, saying “go find someone else, I’m talking to my manager,” in a very rude tone. Horrible experience! hair stylist or who ever she was had so much attitude. No clear communication when we walked in for our appointment. And then the hair stylist resfuses to keep our appointment only because we thought we had our appointment with another preferred stylist. So much attitude and very big ego! Better to go to a professional salon. Ulta salon never again!

Andrea our cashier was a lovely woman they exhibited phenomenal personable skills and customer service. The entire staff was helpful, friendly and polite!
