Disappointed and frustrated with how they handled being over booked, I came in for my blowout appointment and was waiting for a full hour and finally I had to leave. Not one employee checked on my wait time or offered to reschedule, very much a waste of time on a weekday evening, which I had a work event the next day with no time to get in any where else before hand.
I had an awful experience at this Ulta and left feeling completely disrespected. I was looking for Olaplex and couldn’t find it, so I politely approached three employees who were standing together. Before I could even finish my question, one of them abruptly cut me off, saying “go find someone else, I’m talking to my manager,” in a very rude tone.
