I had a terrible experience with Ulta recently. I placed an order online for pick-up, and somehow the pick-up location was completely wrong—way too far from where I live. I called customer service right away to cancel, and while they managed to cancel the first order, they **accidentally marked it as "ready for pickup"** instead of fully cancelling it. Every time I visit this Ulta location, I leave disappointed. There’s never a proper greeting, and customer service is consistently lacking. There’s always a line, but only one register running, often with two employees at it because no one seems properly trained to work independently. The staff avoids eye contact, rarely smiles, and works at an incredibly slow pace. The store itself is often poorly stocked, with employees blocking aisles while restocking the shelves.
