This is probably one of my favorite stores in columbus, the staff are all friendly for the most part and very helpful.
I’m always greeted as soon as I walk in and the employees are always so nice here!!
Justin was incredible with helping my mom redo her basic routine, and even helped me pick out a lip gloss. My mom left feeling super happy with her new items and felt like Justin really took the time to make sure we got everything right before we left. It was the first time in a while we left Ulta feeling like an employee actually wanted to help us. If you ever need a good recommendation or shade match at the Pickerington store, ask for Justin!
