Friendly and helpful staff that go out of the way to help find a product. I also like how they can always recommend something. Also, it’s just nice to see the same beautiful faces each time I come.

Disappointed. I am not a typical Ulta beauty customer. I have visited only a few times. Today is my last. My daughter had some saved up gift cards from her birthday a year or so ago. We ventured out an 2 if her gift cards were from Ulta beauty. When we went to pay you had to scratch off for a code and run the card. The cashier did not offer any help.
