DIRTY, DUSTY PLACE WITH ZERO GOOD SPECIALISTS! I visited my friend's family in Homestead, and we all came to Ulta on a weekend. First thing that shocked me was the condition of the store and of the products testers. Half were empty, foundation bottles covered with layers of dry products ( it was unpleasant to handle), many testers units were completely empty, makeup stations looked terrible. But it was not all. Very rude some of the associates you can’t ask anything because they get mad if you don’t like your job you should not be there
The workers follow you all the time , it’s creepy and it make you feel like a criminal , specially the security guy at the door don’t help . I get that people steal all the time , we are close to Florida city but don’t make everyone feel like a criminal the moment they enter .
If you need help with shade matching go to Evelyn !! I’m a brown girl and I usually have trouble with figuring out my undertones.
