Faith was the best! So kind and genuine. She made everyone smile. She helped me. Everyone seems genuine at Bloomingdale unlike other Ulta stores. I always have felt welcome going to this store..and I love everything anti-aging and beauty! I don't know about other recent reviews, because the whole energy is positive at Ulta Bloomingdale. (10 yrs customer service myself)
I’ve shopped at this Ulta several times, and the service is consistently disappointing. Every time I walk in, no one greets me or even acknowledges I’m there. When I ask for help, I feel ignored or brushed off, as if I’m bothering the staff. It’s frustrating to come in ready to shop and leave feeling unvalued as a customer. Ulta should focus more on training employees to provide basic customer service like greeting customers and being available to help.
