I booked my hair appointment with a master stylist (and purposely moved my schedule around to have my hair done by a master stylist) only to get placed with a completely different stylist who I later found out was a trainee. The trainee wanted to charge me completely different pricing than I normally pay at another location. It was my first time at this location and ended up leaving extremely disappointed and will never come back to this location again.
I got my hair done by Chrissy, master stylist at Ulta in Bloomingdale, and her and I immediately clicked. She did exactly what I asked for and more. She’s absolutely a master at her craft, and as someone who was so hesitant to try a new hair dresser- Chrissy blew me out of the water. Thank you to her and the rest of the staff at Ulta, who were all so so kind. I can’t wait to fly back home to Chicago and see my girl again! Incredibly affordable if you’re a blonde looking for a full highlight, cut and blowout
Very wonderful experience! The staff was super friendly and very helpful to direct me to the proper area. Found exactly what I needed. Cashier was friendly. I bought products here earlier and found again helpful staff.
Kayla was very helpful when it came to helping me picking out my cosmetic.
