I went for hightlights with an elite stylist and I didn’t like the outcome , she went with what was quick since the beginning she said oh I’ll see what I can do like hello ? I’m the customer and I should be able to get what I pay for but overall it felt rushed and didn’t come one looking nice if the stylist knows they won’t be able to do highlights in the span of2 hours before closing then they shouldn’t get those appointments went for a new look and came out hating it
Leslie and Trixie are a great pair! They were very kind and super helpful! I truly recommend coming here and getting help from both of them! They made me feel very welcome. Definitely will return because of them!

Chrissy is a long time coworker and stylist friend of mine, and being a hairstylist myself I am very picky with who cuts my hair! Chrissy is the only one who cuts my hair correctly and is always so positive and genuinely cares to catch up with what’s been going on in my life so matter how much time has passed. I got to use my Ulta reward points towards my hair service so I am so happy that she is at Ulta!
