I had such an amazing experience today with Star! From the very beginning, my stylist was so kind, patient, and understanding about what I wanted, and she really took the time to work with my budget without making me feel like I had to sacrifice the results I was hoping for. She went above and beyond, and I absolutely LOVE how my hair turned out! You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. I felt comfortable, listened to, and taken care of throughout the entire appointment.
So I always come to this location for all my re-ups but today I was helped by a gentleman named Noah and he completely elevated my usual experience there. He was so genuine in wanting to help me find a specific product and as we talked he reminded me how valuable I am as a person and I can honestly say I reallly needed to hear that today. I look forward to my next visit at this location
My visit here is always good , I hope I get his name right but Andrew was honestly such an amazing employee !! He was so informative about the products and helped me color match my skin and even recommended me some other products that will pair really well together ! He also is a multitasker when it was super busy and just had a positive interaction and was just so nice and sweet . He definitely made my visit very pleasant and I will definitely be coming back to him to get more advice on other products .
